Today was a fantastic day! Got to spend a lot of time with Ali {Brown Eyed Blogg} discussing nutrition and eating healthy. We might be total weirdos, but we were having the best time processing our knowledge and sharing new ideas for meals. Really y'all, at first I thought doing a detox like this would be impossible, but you have to get creative and think beyond the usual thoughts of your mind. Christina, who is also joining me this week, told me tonight that she's never felt so good after eating. It's amazing what taking away preservatives and cow antibiotics and cancer food can do for your health! I know this detox seems extreme, so start with small changes if you have to. I think you'll be surprised at how quickly good habits can form out of this!
